Terms of use for LogicTech services and applications.

These terms apply to websites, products, mobile applications, and services operated by LOGICTECH PTE. LTD. under the LogicTech brand. By accessing, using, or downloading a LogicTech service or mobile application, the user agrees to these terms and any additional policies referenced by the relevant product.

LogicTech provides AI software products and services, including cloud-based creative tools, iOS and Android mobile applications, content generation tools, developer APIs, and related functionality. Features may evolve, be added, suspended, or retired as the products change.

Users must be legally permitted to use the relevant service and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, workspace access, and activity carried out through their account.

Users may not use LogicTech services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, generate prohibited harmful content, or interfere with platform integrity, safety systems, or access controls.

Users retain rights they already hold in their lawful inputs. Because AI systems can produce variable results, users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them in regulated, commercial, or public contexts.

The LogicTech brand, site design, software, mobile applications, models, workflow logic, and related intellectual property remain the property of LogicTech or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Services may change without notice and may include experimental or beta functionality. LogicTech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case.

LogicTech may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to investigate abuse, enforce policy, protect users or the company, comply with legal obligations, or respond to operational risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicTech services are provided on an as available basis and LogicTech disclaims implied warranties that are not legally required. LogicTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the services.

LogicTech may update these terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.

LogicTech mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other distribution platforms are subject to the applicable platform terms and policies in addition to these terms. Users acknowledge that the platform provider (e.g., Apple Inc., Google LLC) is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for LogicTech applications. Any claims related to LogicTech mobile applications should be directed to LogicTech, not the platform provider.
