This privacy policy applies to websites, applications (including iOS and Android mobile applications), and AI software products and services operated by LOGICTECH PTE. LTD. under the LogicTech brand and its portfolio products. It explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed when people access LogicTech services.

Depending on the product, LogicTech may collect account identifiers, billing and transaction records, prompts, uploaded source materials, generated outputs, device and browser diagnostics, mobile device identifiers, application usage analytics, push notification tokens, analytics events, abuse-prevention signals, and support communications.

3. How information is used

11. Mobile applications

LogicTech mobile applications for iOS and Android may request access to device features including the camera, photo library, microphone, and file storage to enable core application functionality. Mobile applications may collect crash reports, performance diagnostics, and anonymized usage analytics to improve application stability and user experience. Push notification preferences can be managed through the device operating system settings. Application data is synchronized with LogicTech cloud services and is subject to the same data handling practices described in this policy.
